Saxion Uni­versity of Applied Sci­ences is one of the largest insti­tu­tions of higher edu­cation in the Nether­lands, with over 26,000 stu­dents spread over three strategic loca­tions; Enschede, Deventer and Apel­doorn. The largest facility is Enschede, which is also the location where most of the stu­dents par­tic­i­pating in EPS will be situated.

Saxion con­sists of eleven Schools, which together offer a broad range of courses at Bachelor and Master degree level. The pro­grammes are ori­ented towards the inter­na­tional field of activity, and emphasize the impor­tance of European and worldwide per­spec­tives. The EPS pro­gramme is pro­vided by the School of Life Science, Engi­neering & Design (LED).

The Saxion EPS pro­gramme con­sists of the following:

  • The Living Tech­nology Project including work­shops in Project Man­agement and Per­sonal Pro­fes­sional Devel­opment (24 ECTS).
  • Course: Inter­cul­tural Awareness (3 ECTS)
  • Course: Aca­demic Writing (3 ECTS)

In addition to aca­demic activ­ities the pro­gramme also includes cul­tural and social activities.
