Saxion University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the Netherlands, with over 26,000 students spread over three strategic locations; Enschede, Deventer and Apeldoorn. The largest facility is Enschede, which is also the location where most of the students participating in EPS will be situated.
Saxion consists of eleven Schools, which together offer a broad range of courses at Bachelor and Master degree level. The programmes are oriented towards the international field of activity, and emphasize the importance of European and worldwide perspectives. The EPS programme is provided by the School of Life Science, Engineering & Design (LED).
The Saxion EPS programme consists of the following:
- The Smart Solutions Semester (3S) Project including workshops in Project Management and Personal Professional Development (24 ECTS)
- Course: Intercultural Awareness (3 ECTS)
- Course: Academic Writing (3 ECTS)
In addition to academic activities the programme also includes cultural and social activities.
